Delivery was exactly on time and a day earlier than specs. They arrived at exactly their apptmt. time of noon and set up the set and answered all my questions and were gone in 45 minutes. I called their dispatcher to arrange day & time of delivery as I was on a tight schedule and that was the only time frame I had -- they were >> "spot on". So far so good. I hit a button on the remote and lost the picture, couldn't correct the problem from the manual so I called their help line 800# as listed on the front of the manual and the lady solved the problem for me very quickly. The picture quality is excellent / superior -- 5 stars there. I'm still having trouble programing all the volume control into my cable remote so I'm still using 2 remotes, but that's OK because I need the tv remote in order to use the sleep timer anyway. I haven't called for help on this issue yet -- could be something I haven't done yet but this = minor.
Overall, I am very pleased and would definately recommend this set to a friend. I was locked into a 37" maximum screen size because of my wall cabinet. There seems to be less choice and independent reviews on this screen size but I did find an independent website specializing in only 37" and it highly recommended this set over the Panasonic Vierea which was the 2nd choice after it's review and also over the Sony. I opted for the 120Hz over the 60Hz even tho it was more expensive because I figure that I will be keeping this as my main set for quite a few years and wanted to get the best currently available. I haven't yet addressed the issue of headphones for this set but have seen other reviews commenting on lack of a specially designated earphone jack.
