I got this "super" TV because I trusted Samsung. When I got my TV it came with an issue (a gray rectangle in the middle of the screen), just after I started watching tv. It didn't let me see the image. I called Samsung tech support and they told me they weren't responsible for that issue. They told me to talk to the seller, Amazon. I wrote two emails to tech service and never received an answer from them. The hell with Samsung service! I returned the TV to Amazon's distributor. I had the tv for less than 10 days in my hands.
