The TV has an excellent picture and decent sound for its size. But less than 2 weeks after it arrived, there was no video, just audio. Because the TV was only a few weeks old, Amazon quickly resolved the problem by sending a replacement. Dealing with Samsung's customer service reps, however, was a nightmare and only emphasized the great service Amazon provided.
