While we saved to get the LN37A550 (we both liked the picture in a big box store and it was the only 37 inch that we could find that would fit in our current entertainment center) I really monitored the offerings from Amazon. Both my grown sons swear by this place. I remember reading over and over about how great the "White Glove" delivery was and that was my primary motivation to go with Amazon over any of the other vendors advertising here. Bottom line, I didn't notice that somewhere along the way "White Glove" changed to 40 inch or larger so I was very surprised when one guy with a hand truck showed up with a box that looked like it fell of the truck and he had backed over it. I will say that once out of the box it showed no signs of damage and I was asked to plug it in, test the remote and get a picture before he took off.
